The 30th anniversary of Xiaoxiao Technology, Chairman's Speech

Dear customers, investors, and all stakeholders: 

This year marks a brand new beginning for our company since its establishment 30 years ago. Looking back, I am filled with gratitude; looking forward, I am brimming with confidence. 
In 1995, Xiaoxiao Technology began its operations in Jixi. It was precisely because of the trust and choice of our customers, the vision and perseverance of our investors, and the hard work and dedication of all our employees that our business scope expanded from chain parts to automotive components, and then further advanced to fields such as robots, electric-assisted two-wheelers, and precision components for construction machinery, turning our company's blueprint into reality. Here, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to all of you! 
Based on the present, we have a solid foundation and abundant energy. We are firmly committed to the main stream of automotive components and keenly grasp the pulse of the times. While continuing to leverage our advantages in transmission components, our core products such as new energy motor shafts and high-end gear shafts have achieved remarkable results in the rapidly developing field of new energy vehicles, earning wide recognition from the market and customers. At the same time, our technologies and products have also opened up new prospects in markets such as robots, electric-assist two-wheelers, and high-end electric assist systems for construction machinery, injecting strong new momentum into the company's development. These achievements prove that we have a team capable of taking on tough tasks and daring to innovate, and also demonstrate the forward-looking and correctness of our strategic transformation and upgrading. 
Looking to the future, we are filled with confidence and have a clear blueprint. The past three decades have witnessed the remarkable journey of the small technology. Today, it is a new starting point for us to "ascend to a new level and drive the future". We are full of confidence in the future development. The company's strategic goal is clear and firm: We are committed to becoming a manufacturer of advanced precision processing components and complete assemblies. In the next five years, we will fully achieve rapid growth in sales revenue, significantly increase the market share of our core products, consolidate and expand our leading position in high-end manufacturing fields such as robots. I firmly believe that with this innovative, agile and outstanding team, and with the profound heritage and innovative spirit accumulated over the past thirty years, we will undoubtedly usher in another more glorious thirty years! Let's stand side by side and jointly create a brand new chapter that belongs to all of us!
